Your Role as an Enrollment Representative:

• Collaborate with the Enrollment Representative team members on creating and executing enrollment strategies that improve our customer engagement
• Assist in managing accounts for new & existing consumers, build meaningful relationships, and help drive consumer retention & enrollments
• Work to improve the sales delivery process and enhance consumer engagement
• Take on increasing responsibilities as needed
• Report & analyze consumer engagements to measure the effectiveness of your sales efforts and work with different teams to improve outreach strategies
