Enrollment Services Representative

The Entry Level Enrollment Services Representative will be trained from the ground up on the ins and outs of our government funded - telecommunications program, a free wireless service to qualifying individuals. Our client allows us to work with members of neighboring communities and help local families obtain modes of communication in order to increase their chances of connecting with loved ones, securing employment, and improving their quality of life,

Our team is seeking individuals to join our team as the Entry Level Enrollment Services Representative Who:

Entry Level Enrollment Services Representative Responsibilities Include:

• Meet directly with community members and qualify individuals to enroll them in our clients services
• Answer questions throughout enrollment, process requests, and clearly communicate next steps
• Receive hands-on training to understand the ins and outs of the enrollment program
• Master communication skills when working internally as a team and externally with members of the community
• Become an expert in how to enroll an individual in the program and ensuring they have all the necessary information to proceed
• Keep detailed records of all interactions with potential members of the program
• Work daily with our team in order to trade tricks and tips on how to best further the success of the program
