Enrollment Specialist – The Learning Experience, Cottonwood Creek

At The Learning Experience, we are a learning center committed to providing exceptional early childhood education and delivering outstanding customer service to the families we serve. The Enrollment Specialist plays a vital role in leading center tours, supporting daily operations, and helping families find the perfect educational environment for their children.

Role Overview:
As an Enrollment Specialist, you’ll be the welcoming face of the center—guiding families through our enrollment process, showcasing our programs, and supporting center operations to ensure a positive experience for both parents and staff. You will work closely with the Center Director to help ensure the smooth and professional operation of our center.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Engagement & Enrollment

Lead engaging tours that highlight our curriculum, programs, and the TLE experience

Follow up with prospective families to secure enrollment and build lasting relationships

Maintain accurate lead tracking and customer data using our own software

Coordinate the registration process and maintain updated family records

Communicate effectively with families regarding center updates, billing, and enrollment

Operations & Center Support

Support the Center Director in daily center operations

Help ensure appropriate classroom ratios and assist with scheduling needs

Monitor and manage inventory (office supplies, curriculum materials, etc.)

Coordinate facility maintenance and vendor relationships

Assist in implementing marketing initiatives and local community outreach

Plan and manage parent engagement activities and events

Maintain a strong understanding of childcare offerings in the community

Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer-facing or administrative role

Childcare center experience preferred

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic administrative tools

High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree not required

Compensation: $16.00 - $21.00 per hour
