Enrollment Specialist

The opportunity: This entry-level role helps individuals understand available enrollment options and complete the appropriate process.

IN-PERSON • PEOPLE-FACING • ON-SITE

This is an on-site position with regular face-to-face interaction. The role is designed for someone comfortable working directly with customers, clients, members, community participants, partners, or onsite coworkers rather than working exclusively behind the scenes.

A typical day may include:

1. Meet with individuals face to face to understand their needs

2. Explain options, requirements, and next steps

3. Assist with forms and routine enrollment questions

4. Follow up on incomplete items and maintain accurate records

Candidate profile: A strong entry-level candidate is personable, dependable, comfortable starting conversations, organized, coachable, and able to communicate professionally in a fast-moving environment. Related experience can be helpful, but transferable experience from retail, hospitality, customer service, campus activities, athletics, or other people-facing work may also be relevant.
