Enrollment Specialist

This entry-level opportunity guides prospective participants through options and enrollment decisions using consultative, people-focused communication.

People contact is central to the role. This is an on-site position with regular face-to-face interaction. The role is designed for someone comfortable working directly with customers, clients, members, community participants, partners, or onsite coworkers rather than working exclusively behind the scenes.

Where you’ll contribute

·       Speak directly with prospective participants

·       Explain available options and answer questions

·       Help individuals determine appropriate next steps

·       Maintain follow-up and support the enrollment process

What helps you succeed: A strong entry-level candidate is personable, dependable, comfortable starting conversations, organized, coachable, and able to communicate professionally in a fast-moving environment. Related experience can be helpful, but transferable experience from retail, hospitality, customer service, campus activities, athletics, or other people-facing work may also be relevant.
