Otolaryngologist (ENT) – Outpatient/Inpatient

Overview

The Staff Pad has partnered with a hospital in Southern Illinois to recruit a Board -Certified/Board -Eligible Otolaryngologist to join an established and growing ENT service. This is a full -time, hospital -employed opportunity offering a balanced mix of outpatient and inpatient care, strong clinical support, and a highly competitive compensation package.

• Full -time, employed model
  

• 90% outpatient / 10% inpatient
  

• Based at a regional medical center serving a multi -county area
  

• Strong hospital support across OR, ICU, ER, and inpatient units
  

• Fully integrated EPIC EMR
  

• PSLF eligible and J -1 visa sponsorship available
  

Compensation & Benefits

• Guaranteed first -year salary: $525,000
  

• Sign -on bonus: $36,000 -$50,000 
  

• Quality bonus up to 2.5% tied to productivity
  

• Relocation allowance up to $15,000
