Job Description - Enterprise Account Executive

About the Role

We’re seeking an accomplished Enterprise Account Executive to lead Synthflow’s U.S. enterprise expansion. You’ll be responsible for driving strategic new business, managing complex sales cycles, and closing high-value partnerships across key industries.

You’ll work directly with C-level executives, innovation teams, and operations leaders to demonstrate how Synthflow’s AI platform can transform their business. This is a high-impact role that combines strategic thinking, consultative selling, and the opportunity to influence how we scale in the U.S. market.

What You’ll Do

  • Drive Growth in the U.S. Market: Identify, engage, and close enterprise-level opportunities across industries such as customer service, logistics, financial services, and healthcare.

  • Own the Full Sales Cycle: Lead complex, multi-stakeholder deals from first outreach through negotiation and close.

  • Consultative & Strategic Selling: Understand business challenges, develop tailored AI automation solutions, and quantify value delivered.

  • Engage Senior Stakeholders: Build trusted relationships with executive and technical decision-makers to drive consensus and long-term adoption.

  • Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to align client needs with Synthflow’s roadmap.

  • Expand and Retain Accounts: Drive upsells, expansions, and renewals through strong relationship management.

  • Shape Our GTM Strategy: Provide market insights to inform Synthflow’s U.S. go-to-market playbook and positioning.

What You Bring

  • Experience: 5+ years of SaaS sales experience, with at least 2 years in enterprise or complex solution selling. A proven record of exceeding $1M+ annual quotas in new business.

  • Enterprise Sales Expertise: Strong knowledge of multi-threaded, consultative, and value-based sales methodologies.

  • Market Knowledge: Experience selling into mid-market and enterprise accounts within North America.

  • Communication: Exceptional ability to translate technical capabilities into clear business value for executive audiences.

  • Strategic Mindset: Comfort navigating long sales cycles and managing multiple stakeholders.

  • Ownership & Drive: Entrepreneurial spirit, proactive mindset, and ability to operate independently in a fast-paced startup.

  • Collaboration: You thrive in cross-functional environments and bring insights that elevate our GTM strategy.
