• Pay: $160,000 - $180,000 base, plus uncapped commission and early-stage equity

A fast-growing AI company automating a manual, expensive part of the legal workflow. It's grown about 10X in a short time and is entering its next stage of expansion. The product is working, pilots are converting, and reps are making money, with top sellers well above plan.

MUST HAVES

• Consistent success in enterprise or complex B2B sales (legal tech experience not required)
  
• A track record of building your own pipeline and prospecting senior executives
  
• Runs a disciplined enterprise process: structured pilots with defined success criteria, multithreading, building champions, reaching the economic buyer, strong forecasting
  
• Based in Dallas and happy to travel to see customers in person
  

The role

A hunter role. You'll own the full sales motion from prospecting to signed agreement, selling into sophisticated professional-services organizations, with sales cycles measured in weeks and months.

What you'll do

• Build your own enterprise pipeline through outbound, referrals, events, partnerships and company leads
  
• Run discovery through close, and build a financial case for change
  
• Design and run pilots with clear success criteria and executive sponsorship
  
• Multithread across operational, financial, technical and executive stakeholders
  
• Lead pilot kickoffs, business reviews and executive presentations
  
• Work with SDRs, Customer Success, RevOps and leadership, and bring market intel back
