Enterprise Account Executive – IT Solutions Sales (Enterprise B2B)


Location: Islandia, NY (Hybrid)
Job Type: Full-Time
Salary: $100,000 – $150,000


Build and grow enterprise technology accounts by selling complex IT solutions to C-suite decision-makers while managing the full sales cycle from prospecting through close. If you thrive on developing new business, closing large opportunities, and partnering with technical teams to deliver tailored solutions, this role offers the autonomy, earning potential, and support to succeed.

What You'll Do



  • Build, manage, and expand relationships with enterprise customers as their trusted advisor.

  • Develop relationships across organizations, from technical teams to executive leadership and C-suite stakeholders.

  • Prospect and generate new business opportunities through networking, outbound outreach, and strategic account development.

  • Understand customer business challenges and recommend customized technology solutions.

  • Own the entire sales cycle, from initial engagement through negotiation and closing.

  • Collaborate with pre-sales engineers and technical teams to develop winning solutions.

  • Meet or exceed revenue and sales performance goals.

  • Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and activity records in CRM.

  • Coordinate effectively with internal account teams and technical resources.

  • Stay current on technology trends, hardware, software, and vendor solutions.

  • Partner with strategic technology vendors to identify and pursue joint sales opportunities.

  • Participate in account planning sessions with vendor partners.


What You'll Need



  • 5+ years of enterprise IT solutions sales experience (required).

  • Experience selling enterprise technology solutions for a VAR, OEM, or technology solutions provider.

  • Proven success meeting or exceeding sales quotas.

  • Experience selling directly to C-suite executives.

  • Strong prospecting, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

  • Ability to understand complex customer environments and recommend technical solutions.

  • Experience using Salesforce, NetSuite, or similar CRM platforms is preferred.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

  • Solution Selling training is a plus.
