SUPERHERO JOB SUMMARY

The Wound Pros LLC is looking for an experienced, self-motivated, and proactive Enterprise Applications/DEV Support to join our growing IT team. This role will oversee the functional aspects of all developments within Dynamics 365 and its integrations.

WHAT YOU HAVE ALREADY ACHIEVED

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, or related field or equivalent
• 3+ years of experience developing customizations, integrations, and extensions to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central using C/AL (NAV), AL, Power Platform, Azure Logic Apps
• Strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central customization and configuration concepts
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central certifications preferred
  
• Power Apps Certifications: PL 100, PL 200
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 Certifications (MB-800, MB-920 etc)
  
• Ability to work collaboratively with clients and team members
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently in a virtual environment
• Must be proficient in English
• Previous Supply Chain and or Finance experience is preferred
• Strong project management skills are preferred

ATTRIBUTES NEEDED FOR THE ROLE

• 5 years of experience in coding/development for Business Central
• Highly Experience with C/AL, AL, and C/Side coding experience
• Good knowledge of SQL Server and Transact SQL
• A strong functional understanding of Business Central data structures and data relationships a must
• Experience with Azure DevOps, Power BI, SharePoint, Microsoft flow, Microsoft Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power Platform
• Dataverse is a plus
• Experience with developing Business Central web services and APIs
• Experience with multiple Web Development technologies a plus
• Ability to adapt, learn, and solution new concepts and technologies
• Experience with Collaborative tools such as Slack, Microsoft Teams, and SharePoint is a plus
• Basic knowledge about project management tools such as Asana is a plus
• BC Performance tuning - Analyze BC system performance and make adjustment to optimization for better efficiency

WHAT ARE YOUR ASSIGNMENTS

• Develop and implement customizations, integrations, and extensions to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central using Power Platform, Azure Logic Apps
• Collaborate with functional consultants, project managers, and other team members to design and implement solutions that meet organizational needs
• Write technical specifications and documentation for solutions developed
• Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices
• Provide support to users and team members on technical issues related to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
• BC Performance tuning - Analyze BC system performance and make adjustments to optimization for better efficiency
• Continuously improve your knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and related technologies
• Architect, plan, develop, test, and deploy Business Central customized solutions working within the Business Central Team
• Work with the team to provide custom solutions and code based on specifications and client requirements
• Troubleshoot development issues and provide issue resolutions
• Provide training, configuration, support, and documentation expertise on all solutions added
• Proactively identify, analyze, and respond to issues and risks
• Foster teamwork through empowerment and maintain an inclusive environment for all members involved in the project
• Use their knowledge of business processes and Dynamics BC to identify software gaps and suggest alternatives
• Work with third-party vendors to analyze, architect and integrate solutions to BC environment
• Demonstrate industry best practices and how they would be delivered in the solution
• Move between high-level architectural review/design and the "roll up the sleeves "level of providing architectural oversight for delivery projects.
