Enterprise Architecture (EA) Tools & Repository Lead

The Enterprise Architecture (EA) Tools & Repository Lead will serve as the subject-matter expert for Orbus iServer within a large, mission-focused enterprise environment. You will own the end-to-end setup, configuration, security, and continuous improvement of the EA repository, integrate it with other enterprise platforms, and guide KPMG and Department of Health (DOH) stakeholders on tool strategy and adoption. This is a full-time consulting engagement (1,600 hours) running from March 2025 – February 2026. 

Key Responsibilities

Repository Management & DBA

• Lead initial setup, configuration,   and ongoing administration of the iServer repository.
• Ensure data integrity, security, backups, and high availability; optimize   underlying databases. 

 Technology Implementation &   Integration

• Evaluate, select, and implement   advanced technologies to extend repository capabilities.
• Integrate iServer with other enterprise systems, data sources, and DevOps   pipelines. 

 Security & Governance

• Enforce security controls, monitor   threats, and maintain compliance with organizational and regulatory   standards.
• Establish data-quality and governance policies; perform periodic audits and   cleansing. 

 User Enablement

• Develop training materials,   conduct workshops, and provide tier-3 support to architects, analysts, and   business users.

• Act as SME for KPMG teams in coordination with DOH and Orbus. 

 Performance & Continuous   Improvement

• Monitor performance, tune and   scale the environment, and drive continuous process improvement based on user   feedback and best practices. 

 Project & Stakeholder Management

• Plan and manage repository-centric   projects, milestones, and deliverables (e.g., Architectural Tools Strategy   & Plan).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align repository functions with   business outcomes. 

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. 
• 4+ years hands-on experience setting up, configuring, and maintaining Orbus iServer repositories, with a proven record of ensuring integrity, security, and availability.
• 8+ years in software design, programming, or architecture planning using modern technologies and standards.
• Demonstrated expertise in repository organization, governance, and lifecycle management.
• Strong understanding of ITIL or comparable IT-service-management frameworks.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a related discipline. 
• 2 years as a senior systems analyst or developer within a large healthcare system. 
• 3 years professional coding experience with Java/JEE, ASP.NET/Core, C#, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS. 
• Familiarity with TOGAF and ArchiMate metamodels and their implementation in iServer.
