You will be a strategic partner and trusted advisor to a large comprehensive health system and the senior leadership throughout the organization for Vizient\u2019s services, understanding industry trends and the members\u2019 businesses, concerns, successes, and challenges. The territory will consist of a health system headquartered in the West with provider sites located within the West and Central region of the United States.\n\nResponsibilities:\n\n * Develop and maintain a strong network of relationships with C-suite and operational team critical decision-makers for assigned accounts.\n * Provide intelligence of the healthcare market and data-driven insights that influence strategic priorities.\n * Identify service and solution growth opportunities and manage member evolution across assigned accounts/prospects, demonstrating awareness of the breadth and depth of Vizient\u2019s solutions.\n * Understand and shape solutions to meet member needs and enable the consulting process, applying knowledge of services, insights, and industry.\n * Partner with providers to drive their performance in cost, quality, and market share.\n * Facilitate scope approval and statement of work (SOW) discussions.\n * Manage forecast, revenue, service levels, profitability and growth of accounts, and total member value.\n * Identify and address interdependencies across projects ensuring connectivity between business units, and ensuring Vizient solutions are utilized effectively to drive value/performance improvement at the provider level.\n * Resolve key service delivery issues, ensuring members are satisfied with delivery quality.\n * Lead a matrixed provider-facing team to deliver results.\n\n\n\nQualifications:\n\n * Relevant degree preferred. Master\u2019s degree desired.\n * 15 or more years of relevant experience required in a healthcare consulting, consultative solution-selling, and/or hospital leadership role. \n * Experience working across the enterprise, continuously connecting people and initiatives to drive results for providers and Vizient as a whole is needed.\n * Strategic, analytical, and solutions-oriented approach to problem solving desired.\n * Deep knowledge of the healthcare industry and current challenges within the IDN/AMC/Community Hospital market.\n * Strong facilitation and presentation skills.\n * Excels at setting goals, developing actionable plans, and mitigating risks.\n * Ability to manage time effectively while leading multiple strategic engagements.\n * Candidate should reside within the West region of the United States.\n * Ability to travel regularly and expeditiously throughout the year to meet clients\u2019 needs and timetables.\n\n\n\nEstimated Hiring Range:\n\nAt Vizient, we consider skills, experience, and organizational needs in our compensation approach. Geographic factors may adjust the range estimate and hires typically fall below the top range. Compensation decisions are tailored to individual circumstances. The current salary range for this role is $225,400.00 to $417,900.00.\n\nThis position is short and long term incentive eligible.\n\nVizient has a comprehensive benefits plan!
