Enterprise Product Owner Data, Billing and Payments and BI

Position Summary: As a Product Owner on the Data, Billing and Payments, and Business Intelligenceteams at RxSense, you will be working directly with Product Managers and area SMEsfrom across the organization to enhance and define requirements for projects andoperational work . You will own the refinement of product stories and tasks inconjunction with the development team, participate on daily standup calls, andsupervise the product throughout the software development lifecycle.

To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will:
● Become deeply familiar with the complexities of the PBM billing, payments, andfinancial processes.
● Distill the details of this subject matter in ways that can be easily digested by bothtechnical and non-technical stakeholders involved

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

● This role will work alongside Product Managers to prioritize work and build outquarterly roadmaps that aim to drive financial products toward their future vision.
● The role will regularly interact with “upstream” product areas providing for athorough understanding of the entire RxSense Enterprise product offering.
● Manage the product backlog and prioritize product development based onbusiness needs and goals.
● Develop detailed feature specifications and ensure they’re clearly understood bytechnical and non-technical teams.
● An insatiable curiosity for understanding how things work at their most elementallevel, is required.

Qualifications:
● 2+ years working in or around agile teams, FPA teams, functions, etc.
● 2+ years working at a PBM or Healthcare company in data, business intelligence, billing, payments, and invoicing.
● Experience with JIRA a plus - structuring roadmaps, creating visuals forsprints across time, and prioritizing opportunities.
● Proven ability to self-manage, make data-driven decisions, and work bothautonomously and collaboratively.
● Strong written and oral communication skills and proven ability to work withcross-functional teams.
● A general understanding of Pharmacy, Pharmacy Benefit Managers (PBM) or associated systems a plus

Salary Range: $71,000 - $107,000
