This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Enterprise Program Analyst - REMOTE. In this role, you will provide essential support across various enterprise initiatives, focusing particularly on executive reporting, meeting facilitation, and performance tracking. Your contributions will aid in developing clear presentations and tracking key milestones, allowing leadership to make informed decisions. With a fast-paced and multi-stakeholder environment, you will play a key part in the success and efficiency of our programs. This is a remote position that allows you to work from anywhere while still making a significant impact.
Accountabilities
- Support enterprise program and project activities, including schedule, cost, and performance tracking
- Develop PowerPoint presentations and executive-level reporting materials
- Produce routine and ad hoc reports, dashboards, and status updates
- Facilitate meetings, document outcomes, and track action items to closure
- Maintain tools used to track program, project, and task-level performance data
- Analyze data and communicate findings using written narratives and visual formats
- Support project management reporting and leadership decision-making
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional work experience
- Experience creating and maintaining tools to track cost, schedule, and performance data
- Experience developing routine and ad hoc reports for leadership
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including presentation of analytical findings
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field
- Additional 8 years of relevant experience may be substituted in lieu of degree requirements
