Enterprise Project Manager

This position supports the agency’s project
management and governance functions, including implementing the new Project
Management System, overseeing the portfolio, providing dashboard reporting,
training users, and supporting stakeholders. As the PWA is decommissioned, the
role will provide expertise in system implementation, project visibility,
organizational change management, and leadership of strategic projects aligned
with the South Carolina Department of Public Health.

• Support large-scale technology and

• Facilitate stakeholder engagement and
  collaboration.
  
• Improve project management processes and
  organizational maturity.
  

Requirements

Education and Certifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information
  Technology or Business Administration
  
• Project Management Professional (PMP) or
  Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification required.
  

Required Skills:

• 15+ years of Project Management
  experience.
  
• 10+ years of experience with State or
  Federal IT projects.
  
• 10+ years of experience implementing
  Project Management Systems.
  
• 8+ years of experience creating Power BI
  dashboards.
  
• 10+ years of Change Management
  experience.
  

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Public Health Software
  Implementations 
  
• CompTIA A+ (Computing Technology Industry
  Association A+) Certification
  
• Experience working with multiple
  stakeholders and maintaining clear communication
