The Role:
Comply is hiring a Solutions Engineer to join our high-performing Sales Organization as we continue to grow in the US and internationally. In this role, you will combine deep knowledge of Compliance and Regulatory frameworks with technical acumen to help financial institutions transform how they manage their firm and employee compliance obligations. Acting as a trusted advisor, you’ll lead pre-sales solutioning and discovery, deliver compelling product demonstrations, and collaborate closely with Sales, Product, Customer Success, and Onboarding teams to showcase the value of the Comply platforms.
You will play a key role in helping firms meet regulatory obligations regarding Firm and Employee Compliance, for both Investment Advisors, Broker Dealers, Investment Companies, Endowments and Pension Plans, aligning client needs with the capabilities of our regulatory technology.
$110,000 - $120,000 a year
This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus, tied to achievement of specific targets. The expected all-in compensation for this full-time Enterprise Account Executive role, is a total-on-target earnings (OTE) of $110,000-$120,000 with an annual base salary of $80,000-$90,000. Actual compensation will be determined based on skills, experience, and performance against agreed upon goals.
