In this position... 

Seeking a talented Enterprise Video Planning & Engineering Specialist to oversee Ford's enterprise video and digital events platforms. Responsible for changes, upgrades and continuous improvement of all platforms related to streaming, video on demand and editing.

What you'll do...

• Design and implement streaming and video storage workflows. 


• Plan changes and upgrades to streaming infrastructure including encoders, transcription, and cloud platforms. 


• Engage with network teams to complete content distribution changes. 


• Integrate cloud streaming platforms with other systems, like intranet portals and collaboration applications. 


• Lead improvement efforts for high-visibility events. 

You'll have... 

• BA Computer Science, Engineering, Business or equivalent professional experience. 


• 5+ years experience in streaming media or enterprise cloud applications 


• 5+ years experience with ticketing systems and change management 

Even better, you may have...

• Experience working with SaaS solutions and vendor management 


• Live Event Production, studio routing, NDI and camera systems experience 


• Experience with Microsoft Town Halls 


• Experience with video editing


• Network (CCNA), AV (CTS) or Cloud service certifications

This position is a range of salary grades SG5-SG8
