Position:

Cashco has one opening for an Entry Level Assembler 

Summary:

An Entry Level Assembler must have a great attitude, ability to learn quickly and can adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

· Efficiently assemble quality production parts using hand tools, power tools, or machinery in a safe manner

· Troubleshooting issues that arise during the assembly process and help implement solutions to ensure a smooth workflow.

· Identify and report any defects or issues at any given time

· Follow safety procedures

· Maintain a clean and organized working environment

· Effectively meeting production goals in a timely manner

· Communicating with other employees and supervisors as necessary

· May be responsible for training new employees and providing guidance to less experienced Assemblers.

Qualifications:

· High School Diploma or equivalent

· Must have the ability to read blueprints and understand the assembly process

· Must possess basic computer knowledge

· Must have a technical aptitude and an understanding of mechanical principles

· The ability to communicate openly in a team environment

· Strong attention to detail along with organizational and problem-solving skills

· Candidate must be able to stand for long periods of time, lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks daily
