The Account Manager will communicate directly to the Head Sales Manager and will be responsible for: Supporting our mission and visions both internally and externally when meeting with new and existing clients Maintaining and supporting clients by thoroughly answering questions regarding services, providing detailed information, and resolving any concerns that may arise Managing and growing client base by interacting with potential new clients and closing every sale Attending daily client meetings and setting sales goals to be achieved individually and as a team Managing accurate database information, sales funnel and forecasting Keeping assigned territory Database up-to-date to ensure timely strategic marketing plans are ongoing and consistent Knowing the business and needs of your customers, using given knowledge to close sales through effective communication Required Competencies As An Account Manager: Exceptional attention to detail and ability to exceed expectations in a high-pressure environment Punctual and dependable when delivering results Excellent comprehension of sales processes Ability to develop and execute captivating sales presentations directly to potential new clients Persistence, drive, and eagerness to amplify business knowledge and enhance professional development Poised, charismatic, and professional amongst team members and clients General Account Manager Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent College Degree Preferred in Business Management, Marketing, Communications, or Business Administration Reliable transportation Prior experience as an Account Manager, Sales Consultant, or Business Development Executive is a plus, but not required
