Entry Level Accounting Clerk

Key Responsibilities:

• Daily preparation and posting of deposits.


• Reconciliation of bank accounts and preparation of monthly reports.


• Accurate data entry of financial transactions.


• Assist with basic accounting tasks as assigned by the Controller or Office Manager.


• Maintain organized records and filing systems.

Qualifications:

• Basic accounting knowledge with prior experience (automotive experience not required).


• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.


• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.


• Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and comfortable learning new systems.


• Positive attitude, team player, and willingness to learn.


• Strong communication and organizational skills.


• High school diploma or GED equivalent.


• Pre-employment background check, and drug-screen required prior to being hired.
