We are seeking a motivated and dedicated Entry-Level Assistant Golf Professional who is passionate about building a career in golf operations. This is a unique opportunity to work alongside and be mentored by two experienced PGA Professionals with a combined 40 years in the industry. Key Responsibilities
Provide exceptional service to members and guests at all times
Assist with daily golf shop operations, including opening/closing duties
Support outside operations with 2–3 shifts per week (bag drop, cart setup, etc.)
Assist in the planning and execution of golf tournaments and club events
Participate in merchandise operations including ordering, receiving, displaying, and inventory control
Engage with members through regular play and fostering relationships
Receive mentorship and training in teaching and club repair (gripping, re-shafting, etc.)
Learn and utilize Gallus Golf tournament software
Maintain a professional appearance and attitude at all times
Must have some level of golf playing ability

Schedule
5-day work weeks in the off-season
Up to 6-day work weeks during the peak season (based on club schedule)
