Express Service Technician

Luther Mankato Honda is looking for an Express Service Technician. Our service department has seen tremendous growth and we are in need of more help servicing our guest's vehicles.

Your role as an express technician is very important to our dealership. Quick, yet quality service, is critical to the long-term success of our service department and overall dealership success. The quality job you do, leads to the loyalty of our guests going forward! Hourly pay is competitive with this position. There are also incentives for those who consistently work hard and produce!

$18-$30/hour (Incentive-Based)

Job Responsibilities

• Perform basic maintenance services such as oil changes and tire rotations.


• Inspect every vehicle and document the results on the multi-point inspection.


• Repair and install tires.


• Ensure that all vehicles leave in as good or better condition than they came in.


• Perform other fluid service related to the transmission, rear differential, transfer case, coolant and brake fluid.

Qualifications

• Experience is preferred but we are very willing to train an inexperienced candidate who has general mechanical knowledge.


• Strong communication skills are needed with fellow technicians as well as the service advisors.


• Show flexibility in schedule to accommodate a high level of guest satisfaction.


• Valid driver's license with clean driving history.
