Millennium Advisors, LLC is a technology-driven broker-dealer that trades in fixed income securities, including corporate and municipal bonds, mortgage-backed securities, and fixed income ETFs. Role

We are seeking entry-level bond traders to join a close-knit team of other professionals with quantitative and/or development skills.  After passing regulatory exams, you will learn to trade through a combination of classroom lectures/discussions and working beside more experienced traders.  You will then be assigned your own trading book in which you will be responsible to maintain accurate pricing, make markets in certain sectors, manage risk and execute trades, providing liquidity to hundreds of clients seeking to buy or sell bonds in our fast-paced, high trade volume environment.  All of our team members work on an open trading floor to promote an ongoing dialogue around system and business process improvements.  Over time you will use your analytical and development skills to work with our dedicated quantitative research and technology teams to continue evolving our trading technology and algorithms.
