Entry Level Brand Ambassador

We are a fast-growing event marketing and customer engagement company that partners with leading brands to create interactive, face-to-face marketing campaigns and live event experiences. Our team is focused on delivering engaging customer interactions, strong brand representation, and high-quality in-person events.

We are currently hiring a Brand Ambassador to join our in-person events team. This is a full-time, entry-level position with paid training provided. As a Brand Ambassador, you will represent client brands at live events and promotional locations. You will engage directly with customers, provide information about products and services, and help create a positive and memorable experience for event attendees.

No prior experience is required. This role is ideal for individuals looking to start a career in marketing, events, customer service, or promotions.

Responsibilities

• Represent client brands at in-person promotional events
• Engage with customers in a friendly, professional, face-to-face manner
• Provide information about products, services, and current promotions
• Assist with event setup, execution, and customer engagement activities
• Greet and interact with event attendees throughout the day
• Support team members to ensure smooth event operations
• Maintain a positive, energetic, and professional presence at all times
• Follow event guidelines and brand standards
• Assist with basic on-site coordination as needed
• Contribute to a team-focused and customer-friendly environment

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Comfortable working in face-to-face customer environments
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting
• Reliable, punctual, and dependable
• No experience required (customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales experience is a plus)
