Entry Level Building Maintenance

Job Summary:
The Maintenance position at Toyota/Lexus of Knoxville is a full-time, individual contributor role in the auto industry. This position is responsible for performing maintenance tasks to ensure the safety and functionality of the dealership, as well as providing support to the service and sales departments to maintain the highest level of customer satisfaction.

Compensation & Benefits:
This is a hourly position with competitive pay, based on experience and qualifications. Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs, repairing equipment, and maintaining the building's overall appearance.
- Conduct regular inspections of the dealership to identify potential maintenance issues and address them in a timely manner.
- Coordinate with external contractors or vendors for major repairs or maintenance projects.
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance tasks and repairs.
- Respond to any emergency maintenance requests in a prompt and efficient manner.
- Help to maintain a safe and clean work environment for employees and customers.

Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in maintenance or related field preferred.
- Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in various weather conditions.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Strong problem-solving and communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Willingness to work weekends and evenings if needed.
