Responsibilities:

• [Rebranding] Help redefine the company and build a better brand, focusing on community service and outreach.
• [Sales Development] Work together with the sales teams to understand the people that we serve, and how to best market to them.
• [Leadership and Management] Provide strong leadership to all departments and make sure all metrics and standards are being reached.
• [Networking] Build long-lasting relationships with our partners and clients.
• [Product Development] Develop and maintain a knowledge base of our evolving products and services.

Recommended ​Qualifications:

• Previous experience in customer service, sales, business, or other related fields.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a knack for thinking on your feet.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.
• A great attitude and ability to maintain composure in any situation.
