Entry Level CDL-A Dry Van Driver - Trainees Welcome

South Georgia doesn't have many trucking jobs that hire brand new drivers. This one does, training you for $650 a week and getting you home every two weeks once you're running.

How It Starts

• 4 to 6 weeks of training with a mentor
• $650 per week training pay
• $300 orientation pay, lodging provided

How It Pays

• $1,000 weekly guarantee for 3 months after solo dispatch
• $0.55 per mile starting, up a cent per year to $0.65
• Average weekly pay $1,200 to $1,400
• Around 2,500 miles a week
• $15 stop pay

Where It Goes

• Up and down the eastern seaboard
• Dry van, drop and hook plus some live loads
• Loads don't go far west

Requirements

• At least 21, valid Class A CDL, 120 hours CDL school
• No experience needed. Experienced: 6 months OTR in 12 months or 12 months within 5 years
• Military considered with DD214
• No more than 2 moving violations in 2 years
• No major preventable accidents in 5 years, no DUI/DWI in 5 to 10 years
• Pass hair and urine drug test, 3 years verifiable work history
