Entry Level CDL-A Reefer Truck Driver - Paid Training Program

You don't need two years on the road to drive refrigerated freight here. You need your CDL and the drive to learn. Train for $650 a week, run solo with a $1,000 weekly guarantee, home every two weeks.

The Basics

• Reefer loads across the Southeast and Midwest
• About 2,100 miles a week once you're on your own
• Live load and live unload, no hand unloading

Money

• $650 per week while training, 4 to 6 weeks
• $1,000/week guaranteed your first 3 months solo
• Average weekly pay  $1,200 - $1,500
• Monthly bonus for meeting performance goals

Your Truck

• Late model Freightliners, average around 1.5 years old
• Automatic and 10 speed available
• Pets and riders allowed once training is done

Requirements

• 21 or older, valid Class A CDL, 120+ hours of CDL school
• No experience needed. Experienced: 6 months in the past year or 12 months in the past 5
• Military experience welcome with DD214
• Max 2 moving violations in the last 2 years, no serious ones in 12 months
• No major preventable accidents in 5 years, no DUI/DWI in 5 to 10 years
• Pass hair and urine drug testing, 3 years verifiable work history
