What the Role Involves:


We’re hiring for an entry-level field technician position. You’ll assist with servicing, installing, and maintaining commercial kitchen equipment. You don’t need experience in this exact trade—we’ll train the right person. A background in electrical, plumbing, mechanical work, or HVAC/R is helpful, but not required.




  • Company van goes home with you – no need to commute to the shop daily

What You’ll Need:



  • A great attitude and willingness to learn

  • Comfort working with tools and solving technical problems

  • High School Diploma or GED

  • Ability to lift 60 lbs, push 100 lbs, and pull 50 lbs

  • Basic hand tools (we can help you get started if needed)

 



Position Details:




  • Full-time W2 employment (not subcontracted)


  • Paid training and on-the-job mentorship
