Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Entry Level Communications Agent to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing essential support and communication while showcasing our commitment to excellence. This position is ideal for recent graduates or individuals looking to start their career in the communications field. 

Responsibilities:

• Act as the first point of contact for clients and respond to inquiries promptly.


• Assist in the development and distribution of internal and external communications material.


• Coordinate scheduling of meetings and interviews with clients and team members.


• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and communications processes.


• Support the team in organizing communication campaigns and events.


• Collect feedback from clients to improve communication strategies and services.

Skills Required

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing or a related field preferred.


• Strong verbal and written communication skills.


• Ability to work well in a team environment and independently.


• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other communication tools.


• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.


• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
