Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Entry Level Communications Agent to join our growing team. In this exciting position, you will play a crucial role in facilitating effective communication between our organization and our clients. As the first point of contact for many of our customers, you will have the opportunity to set the tone for the overall client experience, ensuring that every interaction is positive and productive. 

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and communication needs.


• Assist in creating and delivering internal and external communication materials.


• Manage and update client databases and communication logs accurately and efficiently.


• Support marketing and outreach initiatives to promote company services.


• Respond to customer inquiries through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.


• Collaborate with team members to develop communication strategies that enhance client engagement.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related field preferred.


• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.


• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.


• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.


• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.


• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with CRM software.
