We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Entry Level Communications Agent to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the face of our communications efforts, supporting our mission to connect effectively with our clients and stakeholders. As an Entry Level Communications Agent, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks that include engaging with customers, facilitating communication across departments, and assisting in the development of communication strategies. 

Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers to provide information and gather feedback.


• Assist in the development and distribution of communication materials.


• Maintain and update client databases and communication logs.


• Collaborate with team members to create effective communication strategies.


• Monitor social media channels and respond to inquiries promptly.


• Prepare reports on communication outcomes and engagement metrics.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.


• Strong verbal and written communication skills.


• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team setting.


• Familiarity with social media platforms and communication tools.


• Excellent organizational and time management skills.


• A proactive approach to problem-solving and troubleshooting.
