Job Description


ThinkTell Junction We are excited to announce an opening for the Entry Level Communications Agent position at our dynamic organization. This role is ideal for recent graduates or individuals looking to launch their careers in communications and public relations. As an Entry Level Communications Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and customers, playing a crucial role in conveying key messages and representing our brand.  


Responsibilities



  • Serve as the first point of contact for clients and customers to address inquiries and provide information.

  • Assist in drafting and editing press releases, newsletters, and other communication materials.

  • Support the creation and management of content for social media channels to enhance brand visibility.

  • Participate in meetings to brainstorm and develop communication strategies for upcoming campaigns or events.

  • Help coordinate and execute communication events, including public relations events, product launches, and community engagements.


Skills & Qualifications



  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail.

  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

  • Proficiency in using social media platforms and basic graphic design tools is a plus.

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment as well as independently.

  • Demonstrated interest in communications and public relations through academic or extracurricular activities.
