Job Description

Pattern Promotions We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry Level Communications Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be integral in supporting our communications and public relations efforts, helping to shape and disseminate our message to a variety of audiences. As an Entry Level Communications Assistant, you will gain comprehensive exposure to our communications strategies and campaigns.  

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and implementing communication strategies


• Draft press releases, newsletters, and other communications materials


• Manage and update social media platforms to enhance audience engagement


• Conduct research to support communication initiatives


• Coordinate logistics for events and meetings


• Maintain files and records related to communication activities

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills


• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and social media platforms


• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment


• Strong research and analytical skills
