Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Entry Level Communications Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to contribute to various projects aimed at enhancing our organization's communication efforts and engaging with our target audience. As an Entry Level Communications Assistant, you will assist in developing content for both internal and external communication channels, supporting our digital marketing initiatives, and coordinating events that elevate our brand presence. 

Responsibilities

• Assist in the creation and distribution of press materials and communications content.


• Manage and update the organization’s social media profiles and website content.


• Support the planning and execution of internal and external events.


• Conduct research on industry trends and audience preferences to inform communication strategies.


• Collaborate with team members to develop marketing materials, including newsletters and brochures.


• Help maintain databases for media contacts and communication metrics.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.


• Strong verbal and written communication skills.


• Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools.


• Detail-oriented and able to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.


• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.


• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
