Entry Level Communications Assistant

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Communications Assistant to support the execution of live events, brand activations, and experiential marketing campaigns. Key Responsibilities

• Support event planning, coordination, and execution for live events, trade shows, and promotional campaigns
• Manage on-site event communications with staff, vendors, and event attendees
• Assist with event logistics, including setup, breakdown, scheduling, and operations
• Prepare event materials and marketing collateral, such as signage, presentations, and attendee guides
• Coordinate internal and external communications to ensure alignment across teams
• Maintain event documentation, reporting, and performance tracking (attendance, engagement, ROI)
• Provide customer-facing support to enhance attendee experience and brand interaction
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on event marketing strategies and campaign execution

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or Event Management (or relevant experience)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proven ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage deadlines
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and within a team-oriented environment
