Job Description

ThinkTell Junction We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Entry Level Communications Associate to join our innovative team. In this role, you will play a vital part in shaping our communication strategies and ensuring that our messaging resonates with various audiences. As a key member of our communications department, you will help to create compelling content, assist with digital marketing efforts, and engage with our community through various channels. 

Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and execution of communication strategies that align with organizational goals.


• Create engaging content for multiple platforms including websites, social media, and newsletters.


• Support the planning and execution of events and campaigns to enhance community engagement.


• Conduct research to gather information and insights for communications materials.


• Monitor media coverage and compile reports on public relations activities and metrics.


• Collaborate with team members to brainstorm ideas for improving visibility and outreach..

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in communications, public relations, marketing, or a related field.


• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.


• Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing best practices.


• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and contribute to group projects.


• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic graphic design tools is a plus.
