Working Hours: Monday to Friday

Salary Range: $37,500 - $43,500 per year

Position Overview:  We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Entry Level Communications Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This position offers an exciting opportunity to kickstart your career in communications and gain hands-on experience in a collaborative environment. As the Communications Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting our communication efforts, assisting with public relations, and managing various marketing projects.   

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development and distribution of internal and external communications materials.


• Support the execution of social media strategies by creating and scheduling content.


• Conduct research to identify target audiences for communication efforts.


• Help organize and coordinate events and meetings to promote our initiatives.


• Maintain and update the company website and social media accounts.


• Monitor media coverage and prepare reports on communication activities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.


• Strong written and verbal communication skills.


• Familiarity with social media platforms and digital communication tools.


• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.


• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
