Entry Level Community Outreach Representative

We are seeking motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Entry-Level Community Outreach Representatives. This role is ideal for candidates looking to start a career in community engagement, nonprofit outreach, brand promotions, or public-facing marketing.

No prior experience is required — we provide paid training, mentorship, and hands-on field experience from day one.

As a Community Outreach Representative, you’ll engage with local communities, support nonprofit campaigns, and help raise awareness for mission-driven initiatives and socially responsible brands. Key Responsibilities

• Represent nonprofit organizations and socially responsible brands in your community

• Conduct face-to-face outreach, marketing, and community engagement

• Educate the public on programs, campaigns, and charitable initiatives

• Support donor acquisition, lead generation, and volunteer recruitment

• Assist with event setup, registrations, and onsite support

• Track outreach efforts and report results using basic CRM or reporting tools

Qualifications

• Are 18+ and legally authorized to work in the U.S.

• Have a high school diploma or GED (college coursework is a plus)

• Can work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and special events

Previous experience in sales, marketing, customer service, or events is a bonus but not required.
