Entry Level Customer Enrollment Representative

Customer Enrollment Representative Responsibilities: 

• Verify confidential customer information and qualify potential customers for wireless services 
• Maintain and update customer information accurately and in a timely manner 
• Pay close attention to detail and actively listen to customer concerns to find the best possible package available 
• Meet consumers directly and interact in a pleasant, positive, and professional manner at all times 
• Execute events and coordinate with fellow team members on daily and weekly sales goals 
• Collaborate with Enrollment Specialists, Sales Managers, and Marketing team members to come up with creative solutions to increase customer acquisition goals 
• Stay updated on new products, services, and benefits we can offer potential new members 

Job Qualifications: 

• High School diploma or equivalent required
• 0-2 years of experience as an Enrollment Specialist, Customer Service Representative, Sales Associate, Volunteering or other related field 
• Passionate about making a difference and interacting with the community 
• Team oriented with the ability to problem solve independently
• Driven to further one's career and make an impact

Please note, this is a full-time position that requires working on-site at specific retail locations throughout the East Bay. Upon completion of training, we offer a base pay with the opportunity to earn additional commissions based on personal performance. The average pay for our entry level associates is $800-$1600 per week.
