Customer Enrollment Representative Responsibilities:
Verify confidential customer information and qualify potential customers for wireless services
Maintain and update customer information accurately and in a timely manner
Pay close attention to detail and actively listen to customer concerns to find the best possible package available
Meet consumers directly and interact in a pleasant, positive, and professional manner at all times
Execute events and coordinate with fellow team members on daily and weekly sales goals
Collaborate with Enrollment Specialists, Sales Managers, and Marketing team members to come up with creative solutions to increase customer acquisition goals
Stay updated on new products, services, and benefits we can offer potential new members
Job Qualifications:
High School diploma or equivalent required
0-2 years of experience as an Enrollment Specialist, Customer Service Representative, Sales Associate, Volunteering or other related field
Passionate about making a difference and interacting with the community
Team oriented with the ability to problem solve independently
Driven to further one's career and make an impact
