Job Overview

AV Taxi Rides is seeking a professional and customer-focused Entry Level Customer Service Assistant to join our team in Hartford. In this role, you will assist customers with transportation service inquiries, ride scheduling, and general support while helping ensure a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions
• Resolve customer concerns and escalate issues when necessary
• Maintain detailed and accurate customer records
• Coordinate with dispatch and operations teams to support customer needs
• Process service requests efficiently and professionally
• Deliver exceptional customer service in every interaction

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
• Professional attitude and customer-focused mindset
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills are a plus

Salary Range

$18 – $28 per hour, based on experience and qualifications
