Job Overview:

As an Entry-Level Customer Service Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service support to our clients. You will assist customers with inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure their overall satisfaction with our products or services. This role requires effective communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a strong commitment to delivering a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities:

  1. Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person.
  2. Assist customers in navigating product/service features and resolving issues.
  3. Handle and resolve customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
  4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer experiences.
  6. Provide product or service information to customers as needed.
  7. Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns are resolved satisfactorily.
  8. Stay updated on company policies, products, and services.
  9. Assist in other administrative tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

  1. High school diploma or equivalent.
  2. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  3. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
  4. Ability to actively listen and empathize with customers' concerns.
  5. Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems or customer service software.
  6. Problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to finding solutions.
  7. Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings and weekends if required.
  8. Prior customer service experience is preferred but not required.
