Position Overview:
The Entry-Level Customer Service Representative will handle incoming calls, resolve customer inquiries, and provide support with a friendly, professional attitude. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on helping others and maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Salary Range: $17.50 - $27.00 per hour

Responsibilities:

• Answer inbound calls and assist customers with inquiries and concerns.
• Provide accurate information and resolve issues promptly.
• Document customer interactions in the system.
• Maintain a positive and friendly attitude with every customer interaction.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent communication and active listening skills.
• Ability to handle calls efficiently and multitask.
• Prior customer service experience is a plus but not required.
