Job Overview:

Haus Acquisitions is looking for an energetic and customer-focused Entry Level Customer Service Representative to join our Cincinnati team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing helpful and efficient support.

Location: Cincinnati, OH

Salary Range: $16.50 - $26.00 per hour, based on experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions, providing accurate and friendly assistance.

• Address and resolve customer issues promptly, escalating complex issues to appropriate team members when needed.

• Process orders, returns, and exchanges, ensuring customer satisfaction at each step.

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, and promotions.

• Document and update customer records in the system with accuracy and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.

• Ability to handle a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and a willingness to learn company-specific software.
