$39,500 - $51,000 annually
Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.Provide accurate information about Daily Dot Art’s products, services, and events.Assist customers with troubleshooting issues and resolving complaints effectively.Document and update customer interactions and information in the CRM system.Collaborate with the customer support team to improve processes and enhance the customer experience.Help manage and process customer orders, returns, and exchanges.Support the team in various administrative tasks as needed.High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework is a plus.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-focused attitude.Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.Benefits:
