What You’ll Do:

• Engage with customers at promotional events by answering questions, resolving concerns, and sharing event details

• Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring a positive and memorable experience for every attendee

• Assist with event setup, logistics, and registration, providing support throughout the event

• Promote events and services to generate excitement and drive engagement

• Record customer feedback and help improve service delivery through insights

• Collaborate with marketing and outreach teams to meet campaign objectives

What You Bring:

• High school diploma or equivalent required (college degree preferred but not necessary)

• Strong communication skills – both written and verbal

• A customer-first attitude and passion for helping people

• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and maintain professionalism under pressure

• A proactive, dependable team player eager to learn and grow

• Experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, or events is a plus – but not required
