What You’ll Be Doing

• Deliver exceptional customer service by answering questions, resolving concerns, and providing helpful event information

• Act as a brand ambassador during promotional events, ensuring a positive and memorable experience for attendees

• Assist in event planning and logistics, including setup, registration, and on-site support

• Promote events and engage with potential customers to drive brand awareness

• Track customer interactions, collect feedback, and help improve service delivery

• Collaborate with the event marketing team to meet campaign goals and support client needs

• Provide support via multiple channels – in-person, phone, email, and chat

What You Bring to the Table

• High school diploma or equivalent (college degree is a plus)

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
