We are hiring a Customer Service Representative to support client programs at local events, community activations, and outreach initiatives. Key Responsibilities

• Represent client programs at community events, outreach activities, and live activations

• Serve as the primary point of contact for event attendees

• Provide accurate information about services, programs, and initiatives

• Respond to questions in a professional and courteous manner

• Follow established procedures and event guidelines

• Maintain organized documentation of interactions when required

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience is helpful but not required

• Strong verbal communication skills; bilingual skills are a plus
