Job Description - Entry Level Customer Support Associate

Servicing Telecommunications giants with a smile and a handshake is why the customer service division has enjoyed unparalleled growth this year. Campaigns are focused on developing and executing unique, and personable advertising plans designed to create new customer accounts for clients.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership to others through example and sharing of knowledge/skill
  • Research and analyze competitor marketing and sales materials. 
  • Responsible for top-level customer service, account explanations, client relations, and customer upgrade options
  • Support the marketing work of other team members
  • Assist in the organizing of in-person appointments or events

Requirements:

  • 1 year CSR/Management/Sales experience, OR college degree in related field
  • Great communication skills
  • Goal-Oriented
  • Good work ethic
  • Excellent attitude
  • Strong verbal communication skills
 

The Customer Service position is entry-level and full time.
